We have only tried 2; bottles so far and they are delicious.
Side by Side Bottle Share — I took a bottle of From the Ashes to a bottle share with several friends at the recent Bluebonnet Brewoff Conference. I also had a bottle of Moonlight Meadery’s “Smolder” which is another Raspberry/Chipotle mead. Both meads were very good, and in our side by side comparison of about ten or twelve participants the overwhelming consensus favored From the Ashes in terms of flavor, balance, and even the beautiful color and clarity. An excellent mead that brings the heat and sweet perfectly.
If you're looking for a mead that is simple, light and refreshing for a warm spring or summer day, this it the mead for you!
Very tasty. Went good with sharp cheddar cheese and dates. Very expensive for the size bottle.
We shared a bottle of the Viking Rune mead during our Ostara ritual, for Toasts, Boasts, and Oaths. The mead was ideal for our group.
Loved this very different honey wine with a true apple pie moonshine taste. And I adore the bottle and label!
I have not tried it. It's a Birthday present for my daughter...in September. I liked the bottle, so I bought it. I'm hoping she won't open it, just display it! I know...I'm weird.
It was great..my favorite was honey, then the cranberry..I didn't care for the tangerine one
We love the Viking mead box set. The mead is very unique and booming with amazing flavor. And the box is beautiful. We are into everything Viking so it will make a great addition to our home.
The flavors of this mead are exceptional! As a POTO fan I truly love the design of this too! I legit feel this could have been a drink choice of that time period hehe. Wonderful blend!
Got my first shipment recently and I am very impressed with the selection. Smokin Oak is incredible and I definitely plan to order more of it. Phantom and Valkyrie’s Tears are also delightful. Already looking forward to the next one.
The honey taste is incredible and I loved how sweet it was! This was such a great gift for my partner who loves mead (and butterscotch) :) we drank the whole bottle in two hours!
Our only note is that we wish the bottles were bigger. Great flavors!

Both of my sons enjoy the Heart of Drakaina Mead and like to drink theirs together. A little pricey so have to buy it for them for special occaisions.
My son in law loves this particular mead! I buy when I can as a treat for him.
As the title says, there was almost no apple flavor. In fact the only flavor my wife and I could taste was honey. Was fairly let down as I was really looking forward to the flavor. Makes me apprehensive about the other bottles and flavors we bought.
I bought it for a Birthday gift to my brother. I havent given it to him yet, but I know he and his wife will enjoy them!
Admittedly, my wife wasn't exactly impressed by the coffee flavor along with the sweet mead.
Me, on the other hand, my first sip was amazing. Just a comforting taste of mild coffee flavor, finishing with the incomparable sweetness of a well-crafted meadow.
I'll be buying this again, and soon!

You guys nailed the mead-making process! The *only* reason I gave 4 stars is that I'd been expecting a bit more whiskey barrel-imparted flavor.
