Fulfillment Policy at Batch Mead

Order Fulfillment: At Batch Mead LLC we ship our meads & ciders and merchandise via Fedex/UPS within 5-7 business days, we only ship orders Mon-Thurs each week.

Orders placed for pickup must be picked up within 30 days or we cannot guarantee the availability of items in the original order. 

All orders require someone 21+ to be present to accept the order. This is required by law. 

California orders ship within 2-5 business days, out of state orders ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted (pre-sales etc). We work as fast as possible to ship faster, but expect 10-15 days from order placement to delivery.

Shipping is $25 per order. Please note, this is the rate we pass to the customer, but know that it costs Batch Mead $30-$65 to ship any order throughout the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.
