Hi! We're Derek & Danielle Busch and we've been crafting small batch meads, commercially since 2019 in Temecula, CA. We are incredibly passionate about mead and sharing our love with our customers. Our business is small, it's just us and two employees! We bottle and label everything by hand.

The closest to my old favorite I've found!
I used to buy another mead named Midnight Jack 1/2 a case at a time literally for years and years. It was a mead made from all the dark fruits. Black cherries, black raspberries, blackberries and black currants. It was the best darn thing I've ever drank! When this mead came out, I just had to try it. It's sooooo close to my old favorite that I went to buy even more and Midnight was sold out, much to my disappointment. When I got the email saying it was back in stock, I had already made an order but jumped at the chance to buy some more and immediately grabbed up 5 more bottles in a separate order. It's sweet, tart, deeply delicious and so good that I'm afraid it'll always be my favorite from Batch Mead! The only way to bump it from the top of my favorite list.. would have to be something even better.❤️

The mead I've gotten so far is a nice surprise.
The mead I've gotten so far is a nice surprise, because I don't know what's coming in each delivery it means I get to try meads I never thought to try. There have been some miscommunication on where the best place for me to get my mead at is, but the people at the Meadery that work on websites customer service are awesome and very helpful. Definitely worth the money.

I am so glad I got 2 bottles of the purple-colored mead. The taste is wonderful. My husband had never had mead before and he loved it also. The only complaint I have is there isn't enough in the bottle. I could have drunken a whole lot more if I had it.
