Slow-aged and sweet, Sweet Oak Mead brings together the richness of traditional honey mead and the warmth of charred American oak. Ten months of aging adds depth and a smooth oak character to every sip.

TASTING NOTES:
Rich honey sweetness meets warm oak, with hints of vanilla, toasted wood, and a subtle charred finish.

Mead is fermented from honey, water and yeast. Some varieties also contain real fruit, spices and other ingredients notes in the product description. Our ciders are fermented from apples and yeast. Contains sulfites.

Shipping Information:

Batch Mead ships to 42 U.S. states via UPS or FedEx. Most orders ship for a flat $25, while select states have a $50 rate. Orders over $199 ship free, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Please allow approximately 3–14 days for delivery; orders are typically fulfilled Monday through Wednesday. Because mead contains alcohol, someone age 21 or older must be present to sign for the package.

You can also ship to a workplace or arrange pickup at a UPS or FedEx location. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
What is Mead?

Mead is alcohol made by fermenting honey with water. Unlike wine or beer, it doesn’t require grapes or grains, making it naturally gluten-free.

Mead can be sweet, dry, sparkling, still, light, bold, or fruit-forward, much like wine, cider, or a craft cocktail. At Batch Mead, we make approachable, ready-to-drink meads with real ingredients and no unnecessary junk.
