Sloe gin is a red liquor that's made with sloe berries and aged in a barrel, this plum mead pairs well with the tart notes of sloe gin.
TASTING NOTES: Sweet, tart notes of sloes, mellow plums, oak and a kiss of gin. Perfectly balanced acidity pairs with sweet plums. (Sloes are like a cross between a plum and a blueberry).
