Sweet, midnight mead aged on a craft whiskey barrel for over 9 months. Midnight mead has a richness from the local avocado blossom honey and tart acidity from the blackberries & black currants and pairs beautifully with the oak and vanilla notes from the whiskey barrels
TASTING NOTES: Sweet oaky notes of blackberries, smooth, earthy alfalfa blossom honey, layers of vanilla and rich berries, with slight acidity from black currants on the finish.
AROMAS: Warm berries and wafts of vanilla & oak
PAIRS WITH: Soft cheeses (like brie or gorgonzola), creamy desserts, after dinner conversations
ALCOHOL: 12% by Vol
